June 2007 - Just like the 2 previous owners claimed, Interlink is extremely rude and unprofessional. They claim to have the resources necessary to manage buildings 'of all shapes and sizes'. I'd be surprised if they could manage their own households, let alone other people's properties. There is only 2 people in the company and it is very difficult to reach them and when you do, watch out. They don't want to speak to you and when they do, it's not very polite. My 12 year old could run the building better than they do.

This is a continuation of offensive material originating from a single source. We are zeroing in on the author and the e-mails are being sent from their place of employment. We are contacting the employer and expect to have the situation corrected in due course.
The whole of the content contains allegations which are offensive, frivolous, and factually incorrect and without merit. On reviewing the comments we note that the author has effectively defamed Interlink Realty Corporation and its employees and principals by making, publishing and circulating libelous and defamatory statements regarding our reputation as a highly competent, ethical and law abiding property management firm. More specifically you, as the author, have erroneously stated and circulated information to the effect that Interlink Realty Corporation has conducted itself in an inappropriate, and unprofessional manner.
Any ordinary person reading the letter and enclosure would conclude that Interlink Realty Corporation has done something wrong. It is clear that your intent and implications are to simply defame and slander the good name of Interlink Realty Corporation for some, at this time, unknown benefit. At Interlink Realty Corporation we have zero tolerance for your type of unacceptable and irresponsible accusations.
We formally advise you that a libel action against you personally is now possible in the Supreme Court of British Columbia without proof of damages. Please note there was publication of your words, and the words were certainly capable of a defamatory meaning, and the words used were not true in substance in that they have no basis in fact and merely reflect your efforts to discredit Interlink Realty Corporation. Again, the comments are offensive, frivolous, factually incorrect and without merit.
Should you continue to fabricate and/or otherwise attach false and/or erroneous comments, accusations or innuendoes to our actions, verbally or in writing or in any mode whatsoever, I will request our corporate solicitors to immediately take the necessary legal action, without further notice to yourself against you personally to aggressively protect our corporate and personal integrity.
