| "What? The Library!" |

July 2008 - When I first came across this building, I was impressed by its Roman Colosseum-style architecture and thought this must be some government building. I was shocked to find out it was the Van Public Library. Wow! Great architecture! I also liked the fact that they have some fast food places and some shops available downstairs, very cool.
