October 2007 - Stitch International it the only place I get my alterations done. The people there are great and always complete my orders with care. They're also very understanding about deadlines and I can count on them to finish my alterations in time for special occasions.
I've visited just about all of their locations and I've gotten great service all the time. Much better than any other alteration store in Vancouver.

March 2007 - The owner of this place, and the employees are very rude. VERY VERY rude. And they'll rip ya off. I took a coat to be altered there, and they charged me half its value. And it was a very minor alteration, just cut down from below. They were also rude, and resisted my request to move the buttons a little bit so it could fit better. Please take your business somehwere else.

December 2006 - I took some pants to them to be hemmed and they made a fairly big mistake and hemmed them too short. (over an inch and a half shorter than I had specified!) They wouldn't admit their mistake, nor would they apologize or reimburse me as I requested.
The employees I dealt with, including the owner, were rude and unprofessional at every step of the way. NOT recommended--there are several other alterations shops within steps of this one, please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Leaving your clothes with Stitch International is too risky.
