| "Not a great restaurant choice" |

July 2008 - We were looking for a place that was close to our hotel near the junction of Denman and Robson streets, just something pretty simple. We walked into Bojangles, which did seem pretty quiet, kind of a lunchtime or breakfast place, and decided to eat there anyway. We realized after we had been looking at the menu for five minutes that it was 8.40pm and the place was closing at 9pm so that meant not everything was available. I finally opted for the chicken curry that was on display in the chiller cabinet and simply needed to be zapped in a microwave oven. I also asked for a slice of cherry cheesecake as dessert. To be honest I think we would have been better off to find somewhere else to eat, the curry was dry and tasteless and the cherry cheesecake was heavy and a little sickly. The staff were obviously just trying to get us out the door as they stacked tables and chairs around us. Not the best restaurant choice I have ever made that is for sure.
