October 2008 - The Aria had a very nice ambiance and the service we received when dinning there for dinner was excellent. The food, however was just ok (the soup and bread were good but tasted like they came straight from the grocery store). It was also a little overpriced. The restaurant is located in the Westin Grand so perhaps that is why it's a bit on the pricey side. If budget is an issue, I would recommend going else where. Also, the menu didn't have very many options, especially if you're looking to have a light dinner.

October 2008 - We were staying at the hotel and decided to grab a quick meal at the on-site restaurant. The service was very friendly from the get go, advising us of the soup of the day and asking if we wanted to start with any drinks. I ended up having the butternut squash soup with goat cheese and the caprese salad, which was presented nicely. The place filled up quickly so reservations are recommended. Also, the menu is a bit pricey but you can choose from several appetizers and salads and get a decent meal at an affordable price.
