August 2007 - I came into the store and it took about 10 minutes to get a sales person's attention, and then she disappeared for a long time in the back before coming out with one pair of shoes for me, and then she got involved with talking with another customer while I waited --and waited--and waited! --for her to bring me a second pair of shoes that I had asked for in my size. Finally another sales person came over to see if she could help me, but by then all I wanted to do was leave!
