| "Horrible, disgusting service" |

June 2007 - We made reservations two months early and confirmed them. We are from Missouri, USA drove 650 miles to Chetwynd only to see that there were workers everywhere, all motels full. We were grateful for our reservations but after going into the office, the manager said that WE had cancelled them and of course, the rooms were full and there was nothing she could do for us. After we protested, she ordered us out and said "leave!" Obviously since they had plenty of people to put into the rooms for an extended time, our 1 night would be money loser. Still very annoying and unfair for a unknowing traveler in an unfamiliar country. Stay far away, it was dirty, shoddy, and has a bad reputation in the community. We found that out after asking for a room in other motels in Chetwynd, unsuccessful I might add! We stayed in Dawson Creek in the Aurora Park Inn and Suites, very nice and only $9.00 more but 60 more miles away!
