April 2008 - On our recent trip through BC, we decided to stop in Merritt for the night. After a long day on the road, we needed some home style cooking. This restaurant is located beside the Super 8 Motel in Merritt. What a delight to be able to check in to our motel and just walk next door for a hearty and delicious meal. We were greeted by a very friendly staff that was eager to serve us. The restaurant is quite large and there were lots of locals dining there, which is always a good sign. Even being there at dinner time, we did not have to wait for a table. The service was quick and everything we ordered was served fresh and piping hot. I had chosen the pasta special and it was tasty and very filling. My dining partner had the beef dip and said it was perfect. They have an extensive menu and we know we will be back to try something new.
