September 2007 - The motel is quite dated and needs some attention and renovating, and the matresses need replacing. Was just an okay place to stay, no raves but no real bad issues either. The desk staff was very chatty! which could be good or bad, depending on your view. Would not stay again unless they did some work to the place.

August 2007 - I called to book a hotel for the August long weekend and the lady who I spoke to was not very pleasant. She told me there was a room available for the weekend that I wanted to stay but that it was non-smoking and went on to give me a speech about how it was a non drinking hotel and that it was adult oriented. I was booking a hotel for a stay that I was planning in Penticton to visit family up there and had no intention of drinking during my stay. I got the impression by the way she lectured their "strict non-drinking policy" that she did not even want me to book the hotel there. I wanted to book the hotel over the phone with my credit card but was so dissapointed with the attidute she gave me over the phone that I just thanked her and said that the room they had to offer was not what I was looking for. By the service I received over the phone at this hotel I would assume that the service during my stay would not be enjoyable and would never consider booking another hotel there in the future.
