August 2008 - Front desk service was prompt and courteous upon arrival, and I was allowed to check in a couple of hours early, as I needed to dress for a wedding later that afternoon. I found the room less that clean however. The bathroom sink was dirty, there was something sticky on the nightstand and there was more than a few hairs on the bathroom floor. The room was quite adequate otherwise and quieter than I expected being just above the pool area. The restaurant left a bit to be desired though, and I would be inclined to eat elsewhere. I arrived at the restaurant after the free continental breakfast was over, and I had to ask the waitress for a napkin, cutlery and condiments after my food finally arrived. One could overlook these rather minor shortcomings, however, for about $200.00 per night, they could do a better job.

August 2007 - We stayed at this motel for two nights on a whirlwind tour of BC and Alberta (Banff/Jasper). We were lucky to get one of the spacious ground floor end units. The room was very modern with up-to-date decorating and facilities. The beds were great, and the bathroom was clean and modern. There was also no stagnant smell of smoke that we found in many "non-smoking" rooms. The price was also very reasonable and included breakfast (not too inspiring, except for the DIY waffle station, but it filled us up!)
