May 2008 - I was thoroughly disappointed with Martin Street Flowers. I ordered an expensive deluxe bouquet online and when it was delivered to my mother for her birthday, not only was it a day late, but it was wilted and some of the flowers were dead. When I realized that they did not arrive on my mom's birthday, I tried to email and call them to cancel the order. The email address doesn't work and no one picked up the phone. I will be taking this up with the Better Business Bureau, but they won't be getting my business again and I suggest they don't get yours either.
