May 2008 - Situated in Cowichan Bay. Recently renovated & the name has changed, many will recognize it as the old blue nose. The outdoor deck is fantastic for views. Dining room & less formal lounge area. BUT the food is what it is all about "where good friends and good food meet" Maple glazed salmon, scallops, gorgonzola prawns, butternut pasta, duck, roasted chicken, beef tenderloin with a peppercorn sauce & many personal signature dishes by the well established chef. Perfect flavours in the combinations.
I highly suggest the westcoast risotto & ceaser salad.
