May 2008 - Had reservations at the Langford outlet for five people at 5:45 p.m. today (19th), having been refused a 6 p.m. reservation (it was either 5:45 or 7:00 p.m. Even though the restaurant appeared to only be about half full, we were instructed on arrival to sit on some chairs near the entrance, and eventually shown to a table and provided with menus. Having perused them for 20 plus minutes and having been asked for neither drink or food orders, we left. Had a wonderful dining experience at another restaurant.

January 2008 - My wife and I recently took our two toddlers to this Milestones location. I ordered the bacon/cheddar burger, which was good but not delicious, and my wife ordered the Thai noodle salad (again, nice but not great). The kids menu was very good and the atmosphere is very clean and contemporary. If the food was a bit better, I'd go back in a heartbeat -- but considering this experience, I'm in no rush... On a positive note, the service was better than expected...
