March 2008 - Fat Teddys is located at Mt Washington ski resort. On any given day the pub is packed despite the boarderline rude service and bland food. Fat Teddys is the only pub on the mountain explaining why it is such a popular hot spot. From 11:30 on you will be hard pressed to find an empty table and servers are run off their feet trying to keep up with the high turnover. The menu is small containing mainly pub fare and few enticing healthier options. I would not recommend the club wrap as it was very tasteless even with a side of hot sauce which they charge 50 cents for. One thing I would recommend though is the yam fries as they were very good. The best thing about Fat Teddys is the fact that they have Strongbow cider on tap, which is perfect after a morning of boarding. If the pub was located anywhere else or if there were another "adult" option available I wouldn't recommend it but since your other options at Mt Washington are cafeteria food or buffet I would say why not?
