March 2007 - We stopped in on our way up-island and to our absolute delight had a magnificent dinner with great service. We sample green curry at every available Thai restaurant between Victoria and Campbell River and in Vancouver and, without exageration, this green curry was the best green curry experience to date. The pad thai was the best in 20 years! Instead of the usual menagerie of flavours, each flavour in both dishes was distinct and discernable.
We were cold in the restaurant, however we were tired and that may have contributed.
The service was lovely and the presentation was unique (in a great way). We were absolutely blown away by this little restaurant.
