| "Lousy delivery service" |

September 2007 - We ordered two pizzas last night at 6:28 and were told delivery would be one hour. I phoned at 7:50(after being on hold for about 5 minutes) to say that I was making peanut butter sandwiches as no pizzas had arrived. I was told by the peron on the phone that he was sorry to hear that. There was a knock on our door at 8:14. The person told me he had had to "rescue" the other driver because he had a flat tire - he then said, "Do you want them?" I said no and closed the door. WHY would I want pizzas that had been ready for over an hour and a half??!! This is the first time in a very long time that we have ordered pizza because my husband has been through radiation and it has been a tough recovery. THIS was the first TIME he FELT like having pizza. I am very annoyed and disappointed in Panago. I will tell others what happened and will urge them not to use Panago.
