September 2006 - The View is out of this world!The business turned out to be family run, they could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
We were able to relax, enjoy the restaurant & have time for some sightseeing. The Hotel room had a hot water kettle, so I went next door and bought my favorite international coffee; we sat back on the balcony and enjoyed the view. The Fireplace was romantic, even though that was not the reason for the trip, definitely a bonus.
I would recommend this Hotel for anything from a honeymoon resort to a business trip, the town is small enough to be relaxing and quaint yet is close enough to Victoria BC and the international airport to suit most needs, without the traffic. The shopping is unique, not box stores & the Spa is World class.
