September 2007 - We had requested a lunch to be prepared for our fishing charter the next day because on website claims "a delightful picnic lunch upon request" (for an additional fee), but not provided the lunch even though we paid substantial cash in advance. Also unwilling to provide breakfast because we had an early departure time for our fishing charter, even though claims on website "takes breakfast seriously". Unwilling to provide us with a "take along breakfast" and would not consider adjusting our fees accordingly when asked.
