| "Collection agency with a difference" |

January 2008 - I have dealt with Gallards and was treated with the utmost of respect.
It was a difficult time for me and was met with great understanding of my situation.
I kept dialogue with Gallards until I was able to pay back my debt owing.
It would not have been as easy for me to pay into a situation that was rude and harassing.

January 2007 - Unprofessional staff that has no manner what so ever is working in this company. They are road and are harassing people that have nothing to do with the dept they try to collect.
