| "Underrated, Incredible, Delicious" |
by Darryl (from Vancouver) June 2007 - Dom Fetherston's Now You See It is something you won't want to miss. The opening day exhibition was a journey through a maze of animation (beautiful and philosophical), painting (rich in color and theme) and drawings (inventive and smart). Aside from the prolific nature of his art, Fetherston shows that he understands things from a perspective seldom seen.
Incorporating his experiences as the original organizer of the Pandora Arts Collective with his history as a health professional and family therapist, Fetherston breaks the mold by refering to typically taboo topics like bullying and professionalitis, and brings his viewers into a sphere that demands them to think.
If you missed the opening, you're not completely out of luck. Fetherston's paintings are showing at the Little Fernwood Gallery until July 4th. Don't miss it!
