November 2007 - On a recent trip to Victoria we stayed at the Holiday Inn. Our check in was quick and the staff was very helpful and personable. Our room was quite large with two comfy beds with lots of pillows. We had free internet access in the room. There was no frig or microwave but we did have a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The bathroom was clean and bright with lots of soft towels.
There is a large adult fitness centre with a hot tub and sauna, and right on the premises there is a restaurant, bar and pub with fantastic food. We were able to get room service from them and it was fast and delicious.
This hotel is located just 2kms from the inner harbour of Victoria and it’s right on the direct route from the BC and Washington ferries and the International Airport. There is ample parking available and it’s a short walk to a large shopping mall.
We would return here because of the wonderful customer service we received.
