February 2008 - This is a pub and a very popular one from what we saw. My friend and I met there for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. This is a large pub and even in the middle of the day, most of the tables were taken. The waitress helped us find a spot and got us settled in getting our drink order to us very quickly. The menu was quite extensive with a large variety of appetizers, salads and sandwiches. It was a tough decision. The salads sounded really interesting but we went with the lunch special - steak sandwich with onion rings and choice of salad. I had greek salad and my friend asked for extra onion rings and fries. The steak was done just right - medium. It was a large meal for lunch and I wasn't able to eat it all. Even my friend left a few fries! We sat there for a few hours and chatted, sipped our wine and even though it was busy we didn't feel rushed. I would definitely try this place again.
