| "Would Not Honor Reservation" |

June 2008 - It was my wife's birthday, and our last night in Victoria and I made reservations to Pescatore's. With my reservation I confirmed that we'd have an infant and stoller to be with us at the table. The person taking the reservation was happy to do it.
We arrived about thirty minutes early and were told that they would not honor our reservation because of the stroller. They acknowledged that they took the reservation and I saw my name in their book but they said that they weren't accepting strollers that night. The manager's excuse was that they can't predict stroller sizes and how busy the night would be. They just don't realize how difficult it can be to be travelling with an infant; to have plans...walk over there from our hotel, and then have to change our plans before my baby's bedtime. So incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Sorry I'm not able to review the food. But for this reason I would never consider going there.
