June 2007 - Beklen's Restaurant is a fairly new restaurant located on Cordova Bay Road in Victoria. It has been built to resemble a log house and features a loft seating area. Each night there is a special, like Burger Night or Prime Rib Night and they often have live music on the weekends. This is a busy little place and is a favourite for those who live nearby the establishment. The menu offers dishes that include stuffed chicken breast and double patty burgers but is a little limited in choices. This place does have the best value for breakfast with huge portions at very reasonable prices. This is a place that I would go to if I were in the neighbourhood, but wouldn't likely plan to travel far to go there. Having said that, however, the food is always good and it is a nice place to go for a night out.
