November 2007 - The Old Spaghetti Factory is located in the downtown core of Victoria near the museum. In fact, it was at the IMAX Theatre that we saw the ad for the Old Spaghetti Factory and decided to go there after. It is in a historical building and has interesting features. At the entrance is an old gas pump that has been converted to a fish tank. The seating was very comfortable - mostly booths. Among other items, the menu offered traditional spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna. My husband and daughter both had the spaghetti and meatballs and reported that they both enjoyed their choices. I wanted something different and had penne with chicken in a cream sauce, also very good. The service was quick although we did have to wait for half an hour before being seated, but that is just a testimony to how popular the place is. The prices were reasonable and we all left having had more than enough to eat and agreed to return sometime soon.
