November 2007 - While on a night out at the casino, my wife and I decided to have dinner at the onsite restaurant. Our server was over-the-top friendly and made the entire dining experience really enjoyable - high fives and all! We were brought a little loaf of cheese bread to start which was amazing. I ordered the short ribs with fries and coleslaw and it was very delicious. I would definitely recommend that dish. My wife ordered the New York steak sandwich with salad. The steak was cooked perfectly and she raved about the salad. Her salad was tightly wrapped inside a cucumber slice. When the cucumber was removed, the salad spilled out and covered the entire plate. I tried some of her salad because I had to taste the interesting blueberry dressing - it was quite tasty. The portions were perfect although my wife did have some salad left. We were never left thirsty as our server was quick to keep the drinks filled - my wife said their caesars were very tasty. The quality of food and service at this restaurant highly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go back!
