December 2006 - We had an extremely unpleasant dining experience here. Had a booked reservation, and when we arrived we waited 15 minutes for any service at all. Then finally had drink orders taken, and were left for at least 30 minutes. We had to call and ask for appetizer orders, and were left again with empty drinks. Appetizers did not arrive for 30 minutes, and we sat another 30 minutes after they were gone, and our orders for dinner still had not been taken. When I spoke to the manager, he was condescending and obviously didn't care much about the complaint. He offered to remove the cost of 1 appetizer..(of course the least expensive one) and basically blamed his staff for slowness, and the end of the dinner "rush". I would suggest if waits are that unreasonable customers should be informed before being seated so that they can make a decision as to whether to stay or dine elsewhere. Our dinner took over 3 hours, and was a totally frustrating experience. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone
