November 2004 - Whenever I am in Winnipeg, I seem to end up at the Pemby for the cheap beer and grungy retro-chic atmosphere. The crowd is generally pretty young (between 18 and 25) and everyone their is fairly trendy. I've always had lots of fun here, and would defeintely go back.
