June 2007 - I met some friends at Dylan McCool's and was expecting some swank Irish pub, but this place is much more laid-back and dingy. Not that I'm complaining ... I don't mind dive bars, especially if the atmosphere is fun, which it was. At Dylan's, the drinks are cheap and the food is really, really greasy, so if you're looking for a glass of fine wine and a healthy salad, look elsewhere. This dimly-lit watering hole is all about the beer and the laughs. Granted, I've only been there once but that was my impressions. There was a band playing the night we went and they weren't bad but not spectacular either. The bathrooms were kind of small and not that nice but they weren't super dirty either. I didn't eat aside from munching some fries off a friends plate but those fries were darn good. There's free parking, which is a bonus because you might be leaving your car there ....
