June 2006 - Whenever I am in Winnipeg, my friends and I go to Cora's for breakfast, because it is awesome! They have a ton of hearty, healthy dishes like unique takes on oatmeal, crepes, french toast, plus some tasty dishes that might not be so good for the waistline, such as the Brie and Mushroom Eggs Bennie, which, by the way, is super. Everything seems to come with a variety of juicy fresh fruit, which is one of the reasons I love it here. The staff have always been super friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun. The best part? They are opening one in my city soon, so I can go anytime.
