August 2007 - the last visit to viva was not a good one for me. a couple of co-workers and i were there for lunch and we waited over 1/2 hour to 3/4 of an hour to get our meal. when we finally got the meal there was a piece of hair on it. when the waitress came i told her and she said she was sorry but no type of discount or free meal was given. i was not happy and will think twice about going back. too bad the food is good but the service was not.
