| "Terrible Customer Service" |

May 2008 - I was asked to specifically come down at a certain time so that I could talk to the salesperson I liked, only to find that he kept getting slapped with everybody else's work. The other staff didn't even try to help me out and I ended up walking around for 25 minutes and then leaving without having any salesperson offering help.
On top that, selection is low for some things, especially car audio, and it seems as if nothing has any sort of tag or even a label with a name on it - making those salespeople even more important.
Highly disappointed with my visit.
