June 2008 - We booked into Best Western for an overnight stay and were very pleased. The staff at check-in were very courteous, polite and quick. Explained all amenities to us... offered internet hookup for my laptop which I very much appreciated. She changed our room to a closer exit as we we both have that bad smoking habit. We discovered a lovely gazebo with seating by the water where we could sit outdoors. Our room was faultless... spotless and smelled fresh and clean. The grounds were impeccably clean! I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting to visit Muskoka.

May 2008 - My stay at Best Western was very nice. We were able to check in easily and survey our room before going to visit friends for the evening. However, upon returning to the room around 11p, we were unable to get in. Our keys suddenly did not work at all. Upon notifying the front desk they issued us new keys, and came to the room with us to ensure that they worked. They were able to accomadate us for the inconvience which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very nice and the room was very clean. Overall a good stay.

January 2008 - We stayed at this hotel for the weekend with our 3 young children. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The pool and rooms were spotless. The hotel was quiet and well-maintained. The rooms were very comfortable.

October 2007 - Enjoyed our stay, especially king size bed. The room was a good size; nice to have fridge, micro. Clean. Nice size washroom. Nice bright hallway leading to rooms. Excellent continental breakfast.

September 2007 - We found the facility to be modern, clean and offered excellent service. Counter staff was friendly and efficient, check-in and check-out took little time at all.
We also found the price point to be of great value.

June 2007 - I stayed in Best Western Muskoka Inn on June 29th for one night. It's a brand new building, very clean and well decorated. The staff didn't seem to be very friendly, although they did their job well. I found the pool small, so I didn't even go in. Also at the breakfast, there was not enough tables so we had to wait for people to leave to get a table. The breakfast was very good though. In general, I enjoyed my stay, but there are some small issues.

June 2007 - I just spent the weekend at the hotel. The experience was very pleasant and the facilities were great. The continental breakfast was great as well. The hotel is situated in a great location near stores and restaurants. There is 1 downfall, the beds are very hard and not comfortable, may I suggest looking at which beds the Courtyard by Marriott are using, their beds are the best.
