December 2007 - The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming.
The room was ready, and since it was a cold day... I appreciated the fact that someone had turned the heat on... so that I was greeted by nice warm room.
Room was very clean, bed very good, television worked well. Desk for computer and WIFI service were extremely helpful in getting some work done.
Continental breakfast (which I did not try since I had a breakfast appointment outside of hotel) looked very good. Had a cup of coffee and it was excellent.
A very pleasant experience... will certainly use their service again.

November 2007 - We were met by a wonderful employee with a welcoming smile who quickly assisted us with checking in. She asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. We were situated on the ground floor which was perfect for not only my pet, but also my father whose knees aren't the greatest anymore. She just seemed to know exactly what we needed.
We proceeded to our room which had the most beautiful door. Not at all the old traditional dingy look of a typical hotel hallway. The room was very clean, spacious and toasty warm for our arrival.
To top it all off I was rewarded with HBC rewards!
