| "Photographer doesn't show up" |

July 2007 - Wasn't made aware till the day of my wedding that the photographer I had hired wasn't showing up. Instead an amateur photographer was sent. I found out that this amateur photographer was hired to do my wedding several days before the wedding yet no notice was given to me. We were extremely disappointed by the lack of experience and missed out on a lot of photos due to disorganization and wasted time. The photographer that was sent didn't even use a professional quality camera, making it impossible to get larger sized images.
I would never do business with this company again. They charge you for a higher quality photographer and then hire a lower quality photographer.
