August 2006 - Great location along the Grand River with a huge tree-shaded lawn for picnics, fishing or just relaxing. Well-behaved dog owners are more than welcome with their pets. Very pleasant, helpful hosts. Good value for money.

August 2006 - I am a member of a flyball team in NY that travels to Canada every year to compete in this dog sport. We have stayed at the Riverview Motel at least once if not twice every year for the past 3 years... We are going back again this weekend and it is highlight of our trip.
We obviously have dogs... and lots of them... the owners/ managers have always been friendly and very hospitable. There is a HUGE place for the dogs to run and a river to swim.
We will be back... definitely...
