February 2006 - I called this hotel looking to make a reservation for tomorrow for 1 night. I was advised that the hotel was full and a reservation here was not possible. Without being asked, the person on the other end of the line kindly offered the name and phone number of another hotel that they believed still had rooms available and I was able to successfully make my reservation there. This is the type of customer service that is most appreciated by travellers and will make me think of contacting this hotel again in the future. Thanks!
