January 2008 - We stayed 1 night at the Super 8 and were disappointed in the conditions, though we did not follow through on asking to change rooms. The front desk staff was courteous and prompt with meeting demands, such as replacing a broken chair and supplying additional pillows.
However, the hallway on the main floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the beds smelled of heavy body odours. We should have changed rooms but were settled in and tired.
I have some confidence that our request would have been granted but the cleaning staff needs to clean the room-not just dust and change towels.
