August 2008 - Front desk staff were excellent...very helpful suggesting and booking dinner reservations and going the extra mile answering questions...all with a most pleasant attitude.
The restaurant staff were also most cheerful and willing to help in any way.
The hotel room itself was very clean.

April 2008 - While the hotel room was very good I was disappointed in the gym. The video shows a well equipped gym and the posters in the elevator show a well equipped gym but in reality there was very little equipment, no towels, empty water jug, no floor mats etc. The hotel gave us a free breakfast in lieu but my main reason for picking this location was the gym.
