| "The Worst Customer Service" |

April 2007 - I would like to express my frustration with this Taxi Service; i had called the Cx Service Centre on April 6th @ 12:19am regrading my wallet that was left in their cab and obviously i was upset as is. When i finally got to speak with someone there, HE was very rude to me and he defininately didn't what to comply/co-operate with my request. The person i spoke with became very IRATE and began to use vulgar langauge with me. I felt very insulted and bullied to say the least. All i wanted was to get my wallte back and he refuse to comply with me.. I will never use this Taxi Service again and i hope no one will either.
