We arrived and had a reservation for a room with a jacuzzi beside bed instead we got first a standard bed went back complained then were given a studio still no jacuzzi tub so in essence we were not given what we had booked thru your service

August 2007 - Front desk / check in clerk was very accomodating.
Slight problem with an in room movie which suddenly stopped half way through, but the charge was credited back.
Nice place.
