April 2009 - I stopped in here for lunch during a layover in terminal 3 and it was pretty good. The restaurant itself is cozy and family-friendly and wasn't very busy when we arrived. The server was friendly and attentive and she took our orders pretty quickly. I opted for the quarter chicken dinner with a poutine and it was excellent. The chicken was nice and juicy and the dipping sauce was really tasty. I was amazed at how quickly we got our orders, I don't even think we waited for more than five minutes. They are definitely used to serving transient travelers because the service was very quick, almost rushed! We intended on lingering over our meal to fill up time during our layover but once the bill showed up, she almost hounded us for payment. Overall, the food was really good and consistent with my other visits to Swiss Chalet. Definitely a good choice for a good meal that is quick!

April 2009 - My husband and I stopped into this restaurant on a long layover in Terminal 3 and I was really surprised at how quick the service was. From the time we were sat until the time we left took only about a half an hour! Our server was friendly but seemed a bit rushed; we figured the staff are accustomed to being very efficient for jet-setting travelers. I ordered the all white-meat chicken sandwich, which came with their delicious dipping sauce and a side salad. The sandwich is made on a kaiser roll, which was really fresh. The meal was really satisfying and tasty. The side salad was also really fresh but a little scant on the veggies. Overall, I thought the meal was really good. The service was really quick and efficient, so if you are looking for a substantial and healthy choice (there aren't many in this terminal), it's a good choice.
