February 2008 - i placed an order for flowers for my mother's birthday through blooms n roses, before ordering online i spoke to a sales representative who was extremely helpful and honest and helped me pick out a beautiful and budget friendly arrangement, my mother recieved the flowers the sameday itself in the matter of hours and she was extremely pleased at how elaborate the arrangement she recivied was......i had a wonderful expierence with blooms n roses their service was exceptional and i did not end up paying a fortune for it.

| "The worst experience ever...." |

July 2007 - I placed an order on-line one-week in advance of my wife's birthday. I requested the flowers be delivered before noon. At noon the flowers had not arrived and I contacted customer service. The customer service represtentative was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I requested to speak to a manager, but he refused. I never received the flowers and it ruined the occassion.

April 2005 - I had so many problems with this florist. I called to price out a boquet of flowers for mother's day and he said in order to do that he needed my credit card. Well after all that he tells me it'll be $60 for a dozen roses!!! So I said no thanks but he charged my card nayways and never delivered any roses. I tried repeately via and phone and email to have this rectified and was ignored.
