| "Terrible Company" |

October 2006 - I worked at a business whom hired Orb to guard the premises while the building construction was being completed.
Horribly run team. The guards were nice enough and did what was asked of them. But trying to get information from the guards supervisors was impossible. Phone calls were not returned, with little or no reason for the lack of response. Also had all their guard walkout one night because they had not been paid.
Not worth the hassle to hire the company. Maybe with time they will straighten out but the problems appears to be starting at the top of the company.

March 2006 - On the contrary; I have ORB Security at several locations for a number of years. Guards were great, well trained never a complaint, low turnover. Account manager was dedicated, very hands on ensuring the best service. To say the least I would recommend ORB to my colleagues.
