| "WORST SERVICE" |

March 2007 - Warning worst service ever! They failed to pick up their equipment on the day they had promised me, I even paid them double the amount to make sure they would pick-up the same day. They caused me additional charges from the hall.
Refused to take responsibility for their mistake and cause me alot of money.

The Customer Tara Chong of Markham called in on Friday March 9th 2007 and ordered some tables & chairs to be delivered on Sunday March 11th and wanted them to be picked up on same day evening. But she did not specify any pick-up time and promised to call to with a pick-up time. she was quoted double delivery charge to pick-up within a specific time. Since she did not call back on that but only charged the regular delivery charge. She never called us back with a pick-up time or she did not tell our delivery people about picking on the same day or never even called us after the party regarding the pick-up. We have been providing an excellent service for last 15 years in this business with 99% customer satisfaction.
