| "UpCountry - Do not shop there!" |

January 2007 - I ordered furniture from Upcountry and will never step foot in their store again. I was told I would have my furniture after 6-8 weeks - it has not been 12 and I still have nothing. I have called customer service 10+ times and no one answers. I leave messages and no on ever calls back. I finally talked to a manager and they still don't know why my furniture is late and when it will come. After spending thousands of dollars it is completely unacceptable to be treated rude and be given no explaination of where my order is.

| "Do not shop at UpCountry" |

April 2006 - UpCountry sent multiple incorrect and severely damaged dining tables to my residence. Customer service is often unreachable and does not return calls. Management is extremely rude, condescending and unapologetic. They do not stand by their product. Do not shop at UpCountry, after six months I have only managed to get one-third of my money back - and am stuck with six dining chairs with no accompanying table!
