| "Worst treatment&customer service" |

May 2007 - I booked the last pedicure for the evening. Not only did they charge a premium price ($48) for an inferior service (no massage, no addressing cuticles), but the 45 mins service was actually rushed, and to my shock&horror they cut the nails so short, that the nail bed of the big toe was actually exposed.
I called to bring this to their attention. While I did get a call back...they did not offer to compensate me, or try to "right" the situation in anyway. To make matters worse they had already received complaints about the technician.
