March 2007 - Hello,
I am an IT professional from LA and travel worldwide for projects. Recently, I was in Toronto and was introduced to one of the finest quality food I have ever tasted in my entire life, and I mean it guys. I was so impressed with the creativity and innovation of the food, I nearly kissed the hands of Chef P. K. The man is so inventive that he can create one of the best dishes I have ever tasted in my life like the Rack of Lamb Tandoori, the saffron prawns and how can I forget the Tilapia he cooked for me in the dill saffron sauce with cashews. If you ever visit Toronto, take your time out to adventure Dhaba. It is bit pricy as compared to other Indian places I have visited in the past but hey, if I'm getting the best lamb of my life, do I care ..?!
