May 2009 - This is an all you can eat hot pot buffet restaurant that serves varying types of meats prepared in an Chinese style. Now I have to say that I don't normally enjoy seafood so I was hesitant from the start about this place, but this restaurant forces me to reconsider. The concept was really neat and unique. As in all buffets, a line is formed and you pick the different items that interest you from a community area. The difference here is that the items are still raw (i.e. fish balls, beef balls, sirloin beef, pork, shrimp, crab, fish, oysters and various noodles) Once you have finished selecting your items, you bring them to your table to cook it. The table has 4 individual pots of boiling soup broth (you can choose your own broth) for you to cook your items in. The food itself was pretty good, the items were fresh and the soups were tasty. The experience itself was really fun and unlike normal restaurants. Like I said, I am not a huge fan of seafood, but this place made me realize that I should never rule anything out. I recommend everyone give it a try!
