April 2008 - On a last minute business trip, The Comfort Inn in Huntsville accomodated us to the highest expectations. When we needed to send out a fax, make a few calls, ANYTHING so that we could accomplish what we had set out to do on this trip, The Comfort Inn really came through for us. Even on a late check-out, it was not a problem, and greatly appreciated! Our next trip out, The Comfort Inn will be the first place we call!
Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable, hassle-free, and a true Customer Service experience!

August 2007 - We made the reservations 5 months in advance for two rooms and informed them they had to be non-smoking. When we arrived they gave us smoking rooms, and even though I had confirmation in hand, they basically said "too bad". I had two older people with asthma and had no choice but to scramble to try and find something somewhere else.

August 2007 - For the past few years I've been staying at the Comfort Inn (Huntsville) when dropping off and picking up a child from a locally organized summer camp. All my experiences have been positive. The room is always clean and the front desk staff service oriented. This time, the movie option was not working and the lady operating the front desk did everything possible to fix the situation. Although in the end, the problem was not resolved, I appreciated the effort.
